Goals

To determine if there is any existing android widget like Trello's "Quick Add" or Workflow. If such a tool doesn't exist then obtain details about the estimated cost & next steps for someone to write such a tool. This information will be used to hand down a contract on Upwork for execution.

Early Findings

As we dove into the background research of this topic, we encountered several applications like Trello but the majority of them were developed for Windows or operating-systems other than Android. However, we were able to determine some Android apps that provide features similar to Trello's Quick Add feature to add an item/text to a pre-configured list. A summary of our findings is provided below:

NotionIt allows users to quickly add all types of content to a list. 
Additionally, Notion brings the same visual presentation as provided by Trello.
It enables to quickly add cards with the help of the "New Item" button.
It comes in both free and premium versions.
QuireIt is a collaborative task management tool with a simple and user-friendly UI.
It allows users to quickly add new projects or tasks to the list with a click of a button. 
Additionally, Quire has a task list view where all ideas and tasks can be dumbed to be organized later. Trello's lacks in the task list view feature.
It is a free application available for android.
Some Requirements for Quick Add Feature like Trello For a feature that allows a user to quickly add a text item or any other visual item to a pre-configured list, the application must be integrated with Kanban board-styled UI.
