Changes in US Consumer Digital Adoption


Goal: To test the hypothesis that businesses are no longer focusing on the adoption of digital services and what are they focusing on now.

Context: Our hypothesis is that there has been a stabilization in the adoption of digital services in 2022 following the Digital Transformation of 2020. The client is using this information to support the hypothesis that digital adoption is no longer the primary strategic focus of larger businesses heading into 2023 and the near term.
