Companies with Virtual Agents/Chatbots

Goals

To identify as many as 500 companies (excluding healthcare) in North America that use virtual agents/chatbots for customer support for purposes of outbound prospecting.

Early Findings

Preliminary research indicates that a precompiled list of companies using chatbots is not available. In 1.5 hours of research, we were able to identify 100 North America-based companies using chatbots for customer service.

  • Most of the data points requested are readily available; however, monthly support tickets, monthly visits to the support website, and contact information are going to be more challenging to find.
  • In addition to this public search, we scanned our proprietary research database of over 1 million sources and were unable to find any specific research reports that address your goals.
