Top Leadership Assessment Tools For Executives

Goals

Identify the top leadership assessment tools for executives by credibility and reviews that are used by organizations such as Harvard, Stanford, and Wharton Business School. For each tool identified, provide services and features, partners, a description of their partner/affiliate program, positive and negative reviews, and if the tool in novel or provocative. 

Early Findings

In our initial search, we analyzed the provided business schools for the leadership assessment tools that are used, however, we found that most tools appeared to be created by the school itself rather than partnering with them. Due to this, we conducted a media search and customer review database search. Through this search, we found several leadership assessment tools for executives, we then cross-referenced our findings to compile a list of the top tools by expert ranking and number of users globally.

 Klobe A Index: The tool has had over 1 million users. 
 APT Metrics: The company has over 300,000 members that actively use the tool.
 Center for Creative Leadership: The company works with over 3,000 organizations and 60,000 individuals annually.
 The Leadership Circle: The tool has over 5,000 practitioners that partner together to form a collaborative community.
 Everything DiSC: The tool incorporates the expertise of over 300 professionals and 150 organizations and has over 2,300 partners in 70 countries.
