• Based on the same report, there are 8,935 construction firms with 100 to 499 employees in the United States.

• Based on a filtered report from Dun & Bradtreet, there are 19 residential construction companies earning approximately $40 million.

Summary of Findings

• Our one hour of research provided some of the publicly available breakdown of the number of construction firms in the United States by number of employees and separately, by revenue.
• However, we were not able to find a consolidated breakdown of the number of general construction firms that met all the criteria.
