Early Findings

Based on the company website, Dave Armstrong "manages Foundation Capital’s day-to-day operations and investor relations. As the firm’s General Counsel, he provides legal advice to the Foundation Capital team and support to the firm’s portfolio companies." His educational credentials are provided there, as well as how he can be reached. We acknowledge that this is already known information.
Dave Armstrong is referred to as David Armstrong on his LinkedIn profile. You can see all of his recent activity here. 
Dave Armstrong is a member of the State Bar of California.
 Dave Armstrong does not appear to be active on any social media account in a public manner. That would include Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. This is likely due to his position at Foundation Capital.
