Unique Florida

To understand the things, particularly health-related things, that truly make Florida and the people who live in the state unique and different to those who live in other states. To that end the following questions need to be answered: One: What are Florida’s unique medical needs? For example, do they have some of the highest auto accident rates? Two: What is it about Florida’s environment that creates unique health problems as well as opportunities? Three: Weird and fun facts surrounding Florida that can include sun, surf, swamps, animals, fish, sharks, mosquitoes. How do these types of factors impact Floridian health, well-being, and stress? Four: Regional foods and health, fun tips about Florida, Cuban, and/or local super foods, Five: Florida culture and wellness, outdoor life, music, nightlife, dating and health implications specific to Florida. Six: the retirement needs and opportunities unique to Florida residents, and Seven: What someone would need to know before moving to Florida, if they are a younger person, and specifically to retire.

Their culinary tradition included a lot of the dishes the South is known for, including barbecue, shrimp and grits, fried green tomatoes, and more.
