  • They offer discounts on group orders.
  • With their acquisition of Bergfreunde on Dec 5, 2013, they expanded to Europe.
  • In terms of website features, they offer products recommended for the user, a selection of best-sellers, the ability to browse gear by activity, and many additional learning resources.
  • In terms of value propositions, they highlight their free shipping, premium selection and brands, and selection of stories from people using their products.
