was prepared. In addition, very limited information on benchmarks in business coaching.
Coaching sessions tend to vary. Some coaches have
90 minute conversations
with their coachees.
Others have a
5-minute talk
before the session starts.
Coachu does coaching for
30 minutes per week
or two hours per month.
Career Woman Inc
and
Real-Talk Coaching
have 60 minute sessions.
