- In the US, roughly 33.4% of women and 33.3% of men use voice-based personal assistant applications.
- Smart-based personal assistant usage is growing in the online consumerism realm, with 1 in 5 people reportedly using Amazon Echo to make purchases.
- The most common uses of digital assistants are for appointment reminders, email alerts, traffic and weather alerts, sporting event results, and online consumerism.
