Best Selling Food Items to Sell on Amazon

Goals

To identify the 10 best selling food items to sell under the Grocery & Gourmet Food category on Amazon that are not on the top 100 best sellers list, should weigh up to 10oz, have a long shelf life (not perishables) that are sustainable year round, are not glass items, with a selling price on Amazon between $15-40, and that actually sell well on Amazon, with a Best Selling Rank (BSR) between over a 100 and up to 5000 in order to expand sales for a food sourcing company.

Early Findings

Our initial research on best selling grocery and gourmet foods to sell on Amazon that met the requested criteria revealed insights. Surprisingly, all of these items so far are sweeteners. Here are the key pieces of information we found:
Best Food Items to Sell on AmazonA search on the Amazon Grocery & Gourmet Category for best selling food items of the top 500 were cross-referenced with the top 100 list in this category to make sure that the following list of items were not also included in the top 100.

 New Zealand Honey Company Raw Manuka Honey UMF 15+ weighs 8.8 ounces, has a long shelf life (not perishable), is sustainable year round, appears to be in a non-glass container, and is priced on Amazon for $38.88.
 Canderel Sweetener Sachets weigh 1.4 ounces, have a long shelf life (not perishable), are sustainable year round, are in non-glass packets, and are priced on Amazon for $20.49.
 Manuka Health Manuka Honey weighs 8.8 ounces, has a long shelf life (not perishable), is sustainable year round, appears to be in a non-glass container, and is priced on Amazon for $24.99.
