Higher Education Institutions

Goals

To identify ten additional schools on the Eastern Seaboard (Maine to Florida) that meet the following criteria: 1) 4-year private for-profit or nonprofit college/university, 2) not a state school, 3) not a top-tier or Ivy League university, 4) might also offer graduate school programs, and 5) has a total student population of between 4,000 and 10,000. Include these additional schools and requested job titles in the attached spreadsheet beginning with row 35.

Early Findings

During this hour of research, we were able to find 13 additional colleges/universities meeting the requested criteria. All findings are included in rows 33-45 of columns A-D in the attached spreadsheet.

In addition to this public search, we scanned our proprietary research database of over 1 million sources and were unable to find any specific research reports that address your goals.

We could begin by transferring the location and student population numbers found during the first hour of research into the attached spreadsheet. In addition, we could provide website links for those schools. We would include this information in rows 4-32 of columns A-D. We could then start finding the marketing, communications, admissions, advancement, and recruitment titles for the next 18 universities listed. We could also provide the names of the individuals holding these positions if that information is readily available (i.e. if finding the name does not require additional research). We would include this information in rows 4-21 of columns E-I. We would cite all of our sources in column J.
In addition, we could provide 2-3 case studies of recent marketing or advertising campaigns launched by any of the schools included in the attached spreadsheet. For each case study, we could 1) describe what the school did, 2) explain why they chose to do it, and 3) what the results were.
