Virtual Insurance Office (VIO)

  • The VIO app is an insurance broker automation system on Salesforce Cloud. Within the app, insurance firms can manage a policy’s lifecycle from application to renewal and throughout ongoing customer relations. The solution was developed by VIONOW.
  • It was designed to help mid-to-large commercial insurance firms with broker management, policy lifecycle management, customer relationship management, invoicing, reporting, accounting, and human resource management.

  • The tool is a Salesforce plug-in designed to help document tasks associated with the typical insurance broker processes. The tool can also be optimized to increase workflow via customizable jargon and business rules.

Also, in line with the goals of your project, we are suggesting research to identify 2 -3 best practices for managing insurance firms on the Salesforce platform. The best practices would focus on how to ensure optimal client conversion and workflow improvement.
