In order to create a lead generation list, identify people with the following titles at upscale hotels with multiple locations (but not huge chains): Head of Branding, Head of Marketing, Head of Guest Experience or Head of Sustainability. For each individual, complete the information on the attached spreadsheet.

Additionally, we recommend further research to identify 3-5 trends in managing guest experiences at luxury hotels. For each trend we will describe the trend, determine what is driving the trend, and provide an example of a brand illustrating the trend.
