• Although discussion specifically on the subject of Chief Learning & Development Officers at Fortune 500 companies appears to be somewhat limited/dated, the research team identified several examples of individuals who are currently holding these positions at Fortune 500 companies:
•  Amy Hayes is currently the Global Head of Learning & Development for Facebook, which is ranked 46 on the Fortune 500 list for 2020.
•  Cameron Hedrick is serving as Chief Learning Officer for Citigroup, which is ranked 31 on the Fortune 500 list for 2020.
•  Kelly Wojda is currently the Global Learning & Development Director for Caterpillar, which is ranked 62 on the Fortune 500 list for 2020.
• Linda Boff is serving as the Head of Learning and Chief Marketing Officer for GE, which is ranked 33 on the Fortune 500 list for 2020.
•  Jennifer Dudeck is currently the Global Learning Leader for Cisco, which is ranked 63 on the Fortune 500 list for 2020.
• Mike Molinaro is serving as Vice President & Chief Learning Officer for New York Life Insurance, which is ranked 73 on the Fortune 500 list for 2020.
• Finally, Richard Lyons is currently the Chief Learning Officer at Goldman Sachs, which is ranked 60 on the Fortune 500 list for 2020.
