Keep the calls-to-action above the fold
- One should not have to scroll down to find the call to action.
- Everyone who accesses the site needs to be encouraged to engage.
Social proof or testimonials
- Social proof is critical in proving credibility to a new potential client.
- If a company can solve a certain problem, the ideal way in getting a new client is to present a testimonial.
- Highrise, a small CRM company, saw a 102.5% increase in conversion rates after incorporating this best practice.
