Goals

To provide a list of developers/builders
 and general contractors/construction managers of modular/prefab buildings including their approximate volume of work, location, and years of operation.

Early Findings

In this initial research, we did not find any distinction between prefab/modular building developers/builders and contractors/construction managers. Therefore, we have provided a general list of 40 companies that build and/or supply modular/prefab constructions in the US and their locations.
