Browser Features Comparison

Goals

To complete a competitive chart of browser features, leading to a better understanding of key gaps in the market. This will be done by completing the yellow fields in this project spreadsheet. Specifically, the yellow fields will be completed by entering  X if the feature doesn't exist and a check mark if it does.

Early Findings

Microsoft's Edge browser has features that block cryptomining scripts. 
Opera has cyptomining blocking feature. 
Safari's new update enables blocking of all-third party cookies by default. 
Edge blocks fingerprinting. 
Safari has features that block fingerprinting scripts. 
Opera does not have specific fingerprinting features. 
Edge has features that block social trackers. 
Opera has features that block social trackers.
Summary of Intial ResearchDuring the initial hour of research, a project spreadsheet was created and the first three yellow colored rows were filled.
