Early Findings

  • The Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of radio ad spend during 2018-2023 is expected to be 0.7%.

  • Terestrial online radio is expected to see a CAGR of 7.1% in ad spending in the US during 2018-2023.
  • Satellite radio advertising represented $181 million of ad spend in the US in 2019 and will go up to $209 million in 2023.
  • Globally, radio ad spending is estimated to be $33.1 billion in 2018.
