Goals

To provide an overview of the business objectives, long term strategy, and current business performance of the following companies: Keurig Dr Pepper, Mondelez, Diageo, SoClean, Assurant, Oprah Winfrey Network, Sidney Frank, Starz, Toyota, Lexus, Miller Coors, Molson Coors, Amica, Wedding Wire, Disney, and DAZN. For each company, we will provide an overview of their financial performance, long terms goals, business objectives, overarching business strategy, and any other relevant information that would be useful for account planning.

Diageo

  • Client financial performance: In 2019, Diageo's sales revenue was £19.2 billion while it's profit for the year was £3.3 billion.
  • Long terms goals: In line with the World Health Organization’s goal of reducing harmful drinking by 10% across the world by 2025, Diageo's 2025 target includes educating 5 million young people, parents and teachers about the dangers of underage drinking.
  • Business objectives: Diageo's business objective is "to be one of the best performing, most trusted and respected consumer product companies."
  • Overarching business strategy: Diageo's business strategy is to continue driving excellence in its route to the consumer through insights-driven execution, which allows them to better leverage available data and deliver sustained performance.
