• Customer reviews for Panadoc were sourced from g2, TrustRadius, and GetApp.
• Raw data for the top five reviews in each rating class for Panadoc are presented in the attached spreadsheet. 
• A summary of the review data from each review website for Panadoc is presented in the attached Google Slide document.

Summary

• In this initial phase of research, the approach adopted was to provide the top five reviews for each ratings class from each rating's website in the spreadsheet. For example, the top five stars, four star, three star, two star, and one star reviews totaling 25 reviews were included on the spreadsheet for Panadoc from the g2 website. The same was done for TrustRadius and GetApp.
• TrustRadius and GetApp were selected as additional review sites based on a listing of top business software review site from process.st.
• We propose to continue the research by completing the customer reviews for Proposify, Qwilr, Dealhub, Salesforce CPQ, Apttus CPQ, and Oracle CPQ, using the template developed for the early findings above. The researhc paths will be outlined in the sections below.
