While there were many companies that resell Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365, such as Sunrise, BSG, RSM, Inscio, Alta Vista, Sirius, and Sysfore TEchnologies, only a few focus on mid-sized companies and SMBs. Some of those include Sunrise, Alta Vista, and Inscio.
- Inscio is a NetSuite Solution Provider that helps companies with the product's licensing and offers lifetimes support.
- They also specialize in evaluation, training, licensing, implementation, support, custom development, and optimization for NetSuite.
- They primarily serve some of the fastest growing privately held companies "that have outgrown entry-level software like Sage or QuickBooks but that also do not wish to deal with the cost and complications that come with solutions such as SAP and Microsoft."
- They serve companies in the associations, dealer services, life sciences, manufacturing, software, whole distribution, professional services, and the energy industries.

We were able to locate 3 companies that resell Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and focus on mid-sized companies and SMBs. As such, we propose continuing the research request by identifying the effectiveness/efficiency of their process, any KPIs available, costs, their average deal size, and the sales cycle for each of the three companies identified above (Sunrise, Alta Vista, and Inscio).
We also propose to find 2-3 companies that resell Microsoft Office 265 that focus on mid-market companies and SMBs. For each, we will provide an overview of the company, its products, and the implementation cost and detail the effectiveness/efficiency of their process, their average deal size, and the sales cycle.
