Residential Real Estate Apps - Market Growth


To determine how much the number of residential real estate apps (i.e., for home buying/selling and search) has increased since 2015, to be presented in number of apps available across different years, or increase in usage of these types of apps.

Early Findings

Our initial research indicates that market research on real estate apps is combined with real estate software. While these reports contain information about the historical growth trends of the market, none of that information is available in the report summaries. Anecdotal evidence supports the assertion that apps have proliferated in recent years, but qualitative information about apps in this market is fairly scarce (or behind paywalls). Our search through various app databases, such as GetApp and AppShopper, did not provide any useful filters for search for real estate apps specific to buying or searching for property.
