Proposed next steps:

You need to be the project owner to select a next step.
We propose to continue with the research to provide 2-3 additional key players in the U.S. and 2-3 key players in the U.K. that provide food ordering software that can integrate with any restaurant systems and can be an alternative to the traditional menu ordering approach via a server. The solution should allow the customers to order via their phone browsers instead of being required to download an app. We will define the key ones based on revenue or other available metrics. We will include in the count those that operate both in the U.S. and in the U.K. For each player, we will provide the name, website as a citation, restaurant ordering software details, market/s covered, funding amount if available, target market, and competitive advantage.
We also recommend undertaking additional research to provide 2-3 best practices when choosing a restaurant management software ordering system. For each best practice, we will explain what the practice is, why is it a best practice, and any available success metrics.
