Goals

A list of 3-5 Full form Simple Agreements For Equity plus Token (SAFE-T) agreements from some recent Security Token Offerings. 

Early Findings

tZerotZero is a "global leader in blockchain innovation for capital markets." It allows the market to tokenize and "trade digital assets through blockchain technology." 
The company was founded in 2017 by Patrick M. Bryne and is classified as a security token.

PROPS TOKENProps Tokens is a  cryptocurrency token "founded by the makers of livestreaming platform YouNow."
Its SAFT agreement can be found here. 
POLYMATHPolymath is a "decentralized platform that makes it easy to create security tokens."
Its ST-20 standard "embeds regulatory requirements into the tokens themselves, restricting trading to verified participants only." 
Polymath raised over $58 million via SAFT but its SAFT agreement has not been published to the public. The only public document it released is this one.  
ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONMost recent security token companies like Trust Token make use of the SAFT guide published by Cooley in 2017.
