  • In 2009, the restaurant was featured on an episode of "Man vs Food" on the Travel Channel that expanded the chain's growth.
  • The restaurant is known for many of their breakfast dishes, including their Benedicts, omelets, and biscuits and muffins.

Locations

Revenue

  • The owner of the restaurant chain, John Gelastopoulos, in February stated that each of the 32 locations at the time makes about $2 million in revenue annually.
  • So if we take $2 million and multiply it by 32 (for each store), that is about $64 million in revenue annually for the chain as a whole.
  • Now that there are 34 locations nationwide, we can assume that they too make roughly $2 million annually, like the rest of the locations, bringing the total revenue up to roughly $68 million annually.

Employee Base

  • As of February 2019, there were 30-35 employees at the corporate office and 10 employees at corporate headquarters.
  • The restaurant's LinkedIn profile states that they have between 1,001-5,000 employees.

Director of Marketing

  • The restaurant does not list their C-suite executives on their website, but from the employees that are active on LinkedIn, it seems that the closest position is the Director of Marketing.
  • The current Director of Marketing for the Broken Yolk is Lisa Erickson.
