  • These have been categorized as detached (42,170), attached (155,264), duplexes (16,373), small apartments/condos (3 to 4: 17,966, 5 to 9: 17,055, and 10 to 19: 13,431), large apartments/condos (20 to 49: 7,365 and 50+: 26,534), mobile homes (380), and others (189).

Philadelphia, PA

  • The total number of housing units in Philadelphia is 670,229.
  • These have been categorized as detached (54,702), attached (392,510), duplexes (58,110), small apartments/condos (3 to 4: 43,455, 5 to 9: 25,418, and 10 to 19: 14,957), large apartments/condos (20 to 49: 19,659 and 50+: 59,674), mobile homes (1,585), and others (159).

Chicago, IL
