Early Findings

Craft lists top Optum competitors as HMS, Change Healthcare, Evolent Health, Vizient, and Evidation Health. 
 Owler lists top Optum competitors as Cerner, McKesson, Allscripts, AthenaHealth, eClinicalWorks, and MedHost. 
The care management solutions market has a CAGR of 17.4% expected through 2027. Its market is worth $37.94 billion (global). 
The payer segment is expected to command the largest share. 
 72% of “employers surveyed by PwC offered health advocacy services to their employees in 2018." In 2016, 57% offered these services.
