Our initial research was able to identify some trends in the QSR industry. We propose additional research to identify at least 2 restaurants that show each trend identified in our early findings.
Additionally, we propose continued research to identify 3-4 seafood trends and provide 1-2 examples of restaurants illustrating each trend.
