Estimated revenue for Court TV mystery network

Goals

To provide the estimated annual revenue for the Court TV mystery network. - ad sales/affiliate revenue. I would also be interested in competitive digitnets (katz networks for example) and any recent estimates from the last year.

Early Findings

In 2019, Katz Networks rebranded its popular and widely-available network Escape as Court TV Mystery. The network targets women 25-54 with programming anchored in true-crime and is available in 103.5 million homes representing 94 percent of the United States. Court TV Mystery one of five networks in Katz Networks.

There doesn't appear to be much financial detail on Court TV Mystery network itself, but If you assume that the network is responsible for one-fifth of the revenue attributed to Katz Networks, the estimated revenue generated in Q4 of 2019 is 12.92M, or 51.67M annually.

Katz Networks was acquired by E.W. Scripps Co. in 2017 in a deal worth $302 million. The five networks that comprise Katz Networks are expected to generate about $180 million in revenue and $30 million in segment profit in 2018.
