Recipe Videos

• The Culinary Institute of America offers many instructional videos on their YouTube page that they use for training purposes. There are multiple pages of videos including cooking demonstrations, and exploring world cuisines.  
•  Chef's Roll, a community for chefs, spotlights chefs and their very unique recipes like this video that explains how a chef came up with Tangalin and Potatoes, along with several other potato based recipes. There are 35 videos in the Trust Chef series. These videos focus on taking food to a different level and elevating flavors.
• Of interest, while not a video, The Staff Canteen offers unique recipes shared by professional chefs.

Training Videos

• Culinary Institute Chefs Robert Tremblay and Payton Spear share six instructional videos that cover dry heat 1, dry heat 2, moist heat, combination heat, quick bread, and recipe conversions.
