To find information on companies that provide work order management solutions in the multi-family space (i.e., apartment rental). Information to be provided will include providers of property management software and vendors that do not offer full property management solutions such as Happy Co. and Real Page. The current objective is to compile a list of all proptech companies that are providing a service to the real estate industry and collect each company’s name, URL, product summary, price, available API, parent company (if applicable), whether there is an app, and if there is use of AI or machine learning.
